Fly your camera with precision and safety using the Arm X1 professional stabilization arm from SmartSystem. Its fine-tuning system allows you to perfectly match the mass of your rig with the appropriate level of resistance, achieving the state of equilibrium known as critical damping.
Its 7075 aluminum alloy, rated higher than aircraft grade, has the Brinnell hardness, fatigue strength and tensile strength of carbon steel but without the weight. It features an industry standard coupling lock that can be easily changed from normal to silly.

The X1 arm is constructed of 7075 aluminum, rated superior to aircraft grade aluminum. It has more than 60% higher Brinnel hardness, fatigue strength, and tensile strength than high-quality 6082 aluminum.
Optimized resistance
A force multiplier control allows the user to precisely match the resistance to the mass of your rig. This on-the-go functionality is useful when changing the lens, removing a matte box, or making other changes that affect the mass of the payload. Finding the balance between too much resistance, which produces oscillations, and too little, which creates a delayed effect, is made easy by the Arm X1's XTune system.
