Sony 18.4" 4K HDR Trimaster High-Grade Picture Monitor

The PVM-X1800 is a professional 18.4" 4K UHD LCD reference monitor for high-end productions. The monitor's screen is a special α-Si TFT Active Matrix LCD, which provides a native resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels (Ultra HD) and a high luminance of 1,000 cd/m². The monitor is equipped with the TRIMASTER design architecture, resulting in accurate image reproduction, precise imaging and consistent image quality. In addition, the fast processing, accurate linearization of an input signal with optical electrical transfer function and accurate colour reproduction are made possible. The Dynamic Contrast Drive backlighting system dynamically changes luminance according to the scene of the imaged frame. This allows both highlights and dark lights to be examined and evaluated in detail. The video signals are input either via the two 12G-SDI inputs, the two 3G-SDI inputs or the HDMI input (compatible with HDCP 2.3 / 1.4). A DisplayPort input is also available for using the PVM-X1800 as a computer monitor. Two 12G-SDI and 3G-SDI loop-through outputs allow direct forwarding of the input video signal. Remote control of the video monitor is via a parallel remote control with an 8-pin RJ-45 connector with fixed pin assignment or a serial remote control via Ethernet with a standard RJ-45 connector. The PVM-X1800 is powered either with 100 - 240 V AC via the supplied power cord or mobile with 22 - 32 V DC (24 V) via 3-pin XLR.
