OpenGear converts from SDI to Audio

Includes everything you need to de-embed 4 channels of analog audio or 8 channels of AES/EBU digital audio from any SDI video connection.
You can easily access the audio from any SDI video connection to audio equipment such as audio mixers, analog broadcast bridges, audio monitors and much more!

Redundant SDI input

Blackmagic OpenGear Converter SDI to Analog and SDI to Analog and Digital Audio cards feature a redundant SDI input. Simply connect a redundant cable to the second input and if the primary SDI input is lost, the Blackmagic OpenGear Converter automatically switches to the second input in an instant. Furthermore, an SDI pass-through output is provided for connection to other devices. It is also possible to loop to other Opengear Blackmagic converters to de-embedding multiple audio channels.
